The Wrap 10/14/10

{+++}Stocks logged their first loss in five sessions as weakness among bank stocks imbued broader market trade and the dollar pared its loss. Data was of little consequence this session. After the close GOOG, AMD and CBST were the most notable names that reported after the close. GOOG beat and the stock exploded about 49 points 10% in after market trading. Wow!

Futures are higher after hours: S&P 500 futures are +5.3 from fair value of 1170.00 and Nasdaq100 futures +16.82 points from fair value of 2052.18.
