If you want to use Java to access the chatroom, please make sure that you have Java installed. You can check if you have Java installed here.
You may also use Flash version of this chat. Just make sure that your Flash version is up to date.
When you update (or install) Java or Flash, make sure to quit your browser and open it again.

If you want the chatroom to float like a popup in your screen, simply click on the ‘Float / Unfloat’ button below the chatroom. Please take note that this is only good for Java client.
