Today was like running through hip deep mud. Had I sold my longs at the open, I probably could have taken the rest of the week off. Typical market of late, they take it up, and then take it down early. This is a tricky tape, and incredibly frustrating. It all depends on your time frame. If you are a very short tern trader, you need to sell these mini gaps at the open right away.
Apple opened up around 7 bucks, but then managed to pretty much fill in the opening gap. Soft action, this shows uncertainty and lack of faith in the tape. Planet earth is watching Washington right now and they never fail to disappoint.
I have nothing new tonight, but I have updated the P&L. I will see you in the chat room in the morning.
