Europe ETF’s: Bear Flag Central

We all know Europe is hurting and their country ETF’s reflect it. Most are in bear flags which can be high probability short patterns. I have tweeted caution on Spain $EWP and Italy $EWI for months if not a year now. These need to be observed going forward as price could still lead lower. The patterns do bear watching (no pun intended). Here is a quick glance.
