The Wrap 9/22/10

{+++}The three major indices ended lower on Tuesday with varied losses as tech stocks and financial shares were cut down by participants, many of whom showed favor for precious metals amid a drop in the dollar.

Six of the ten sectors were in negative territory, led by financials (-1.6%), consumer discretionary (-0.7%) and tech (-0.6%).

Tomorrow morning before the open, one economic report is scheduled to be released: Initial claims (Consensus 450K) and Continuing claims (Consensus 4450K) report.

Tomorrow before the open KMX, GIS, and JEF are scheduled to report.

BONUS LONG- I’ve been following this one for a few weeks and it looks like it may be ready for a move to the mid $3 zone.
