Madoff goes to court, futures are flat, Alcoa kicks off earnings season after the close and oil breaks $40 again. UBS fell about 5% as it may report even bigger losses so watch the financials as usual, the hits should keep on coming on that front.

Earnings will be a disaster but like the unemployment figures it’s baked in. Yeah right. Careful out there and good luck.
