Everybody Is Just Waiting For A Bottom

Some very bearish oil price predictions from oil bulls this morning. I believe I heard $20 or $30??? We all know how things overshoot on the upside and downside so I am completely in that camp. If that scenario does unfold and I think it will, you may want to rip up that buy ticket on RIG.
